Pricing details
Solo is $99/mo for one clinician, billed monthly. It covers the features included in Harbor at the time you subscribe. New product lines released later — for example e-prescribing and other future modules — may be released as separate add-ons at additional cost or bundled into higher-tier plans. Any optional or usage charges, including clearinghouse fees, SMS overages, extra phone numbers or video storage, must be disclosed and agreed before they apply. No extra rates or allowances are established by this page.
Group is $149/mo per clinician, billed monthly, with no base fee and no charge for the practice itself. Practices with 25 clinicians or more are quoted individually. Groups sign up through checkout with their clinician count; every clinician on the roster is one seat.
30-day free trial. Your first Harbor subscription starts with 30 free days. We collect your card at checkout to start the subscription, but nothing is charged until day 31. Cancel from your dashboard before then and you are never billed. The trial is for a practice’s first subscription only. Signed pilot pricing is honored under the Founding Pilot Terms.
30-day money-back guarantee. Within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription you can ask for a full refund, for any reason. Email us from your Practice Owner address and we refund the first cycle to your original payment method within 5 business days. The guarantee covers your first paid subscription; it does not apply to a re-subscription. It is written into our Terms of Service §5 and our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
