Notes are drafted from your post-session brief or clinician dictation. You review and sign instead of writing from scratch at 9pm.

Nobody falls through the cracks
Intake is completed before the first visit. Screenings post to the chart on their own. The client who called once and never called back stops happening.

Eligibility is checked at intake. Claims for signed notes are checked and queued; you send them electronically with one click. When a denial comes back, the reason is in plain English and an appeal is drafted for you to review and send.
Safety signals for your care team
The receptionist is instructed to offer crisis resources when it recognizes concerning language. Call-transcript screening runs after the call ends. It may miss concerns or produce false alerts; delivery and response are not guaranteed. Harbor is not an emergency service and does not replace 988, 911, or clinical judgment.
You do not have to learn anything
We build your practice inside Harbor and hand you the keys. We help configure your practice and review supported CSV imports with you. Historical clinical documents need a separate migration plan.

During onboarding, we help configure your practice: schedule, client records, documentation, billing, patient portal, and reception. We review setup and supported CSV imports with you; historical clinical documents need a separate migration plan.

You go back to the clinical work
One system runs the practice around you. The administrative day you have been absorbing for years stops being yours to carry.
We review your roster, billing setup, calendars, and migration needs with you before you begin using Harbor with your practice.

- 30 days of the complete Harbor platform — reception, EHR, patient portal, and billing — configured for you free. Retain your existing phone number or take a new one.
- What we ask
- A ten-minute feedback call every other week while you settle in. Your input goes directly into the roadmap.
- After your 30 days
- Your subscription starts at the Solo price of $99/mo for Solo. Group pricing is listed on our pricing page. Existing signed agreements retain their terms. You can cancel at any time.
