Your evenings come back
Notes are drafted from the session while you are still in the room. You review and sign instead of writing from scratch at 9pm.
Your phone stops running your day
Every call is answered — warmly, on the first ring, at 7am and on Saturday. New clients are booked before you come out of session.
Nobody falls through the cracks
Intake is completed before the first visit. Screenings post to the chart on their own. The client who called once and never called back stops happening.

We build your practice inside Harbor
If a seat is offered and you accept, we stand up your entire operation: schedule, client records, documentation, billing, patient portal, and reception. You configure nothing and migrate nothing.

You go back to the clinical work
One system runs the practice around you. The administrative day you have been absorbing for years stops being yours to carry.
Ten seats are available. We speak with every applicant and select the practices we are confident we can serve well, so an application is not a placement. This is a selection, not a queue.

The terms, plainly
- What you pay today
- Nothing. No card, no contract, and no automatic conversion at any point.
- What you receive
- Twelve months of the complete Harbor platform — reception, EHR, patient portal, and billing — configured for you at no cost. Retain your existing phone number or take a new one.
- What we ask
- A ten-minute feedback call every other week. Founding practices have shaped nearly every feature we have shipped; your input goes directly into the roadmap.
- After the twelve months
- You decide; nothing happens automatically. Continue at the founding rate of $99/mo — against a standard price of $449 — locked for as long as you remain a customer, and cancel at any time.
