Common questions
How long does setup take?
Onboarding is managed for you. Your go-live date is confirmed with you. We handle calendar connection, intake forms, messaging registration, and Ellie’s greeting, and we tell you what each one depends on before we start.
Will you sign a BAA?
Yes. We sign a BAA with every customer before their first patient interaction. We can send our standard template ahead of your demo if it helps with your IT review.
Can I migrate from another EHR?
Yes. Harbor’s importer reads SimplePractice and Valant client exports directly, and any EHR’s CSV export — demographics, insurance, contact details, status and assigned clinician. Tell us what you are coming from and we run the import with you.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Your first 30 days are free. We take your card to start the subscription but charge nothing until day 31, and you can cancel from your dashboard before then at no cost. After that first charge you still have the 30-day money-back guarantee — tell us within 30 days and we refund that first cycle. The guarantee is written into our Terms of Service §5.
