How long does setup take?
Onboarding is managed for you. We provision your phone number, configure your receptionist, and connect your calendar. We ask for roughly 30 minutes of practice details — hours, greeting, accepted carriers, and credentials. Your go-live date is confirmed with you during onboarding.
Will you sign a BAA?
Yes. We sign a BAA with every customer before their first patient interaction. We can send our standard template ahead of your demo if it helps with your IT review.
Can I migrate from another EHR?
Yes. We’ve written importers for SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, and CSV exports. Tell us what you’re coming from and we’ll quote a migration path.
Do you offer a free trial?
No free trial, but every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Harbor isn’t a fit in the first month, we refund.
