The tour

A day with Harbor, start to finish. Click through all of it.

From the intake that lands before they arrive to the hour that refills itself. No sign-up, no call to book. This is Harbor’s real interface, running on a client who does not exist.

1 · The intake

The chart is built before your client walks in.

The packet goes out by text and gets filled in on a phone. Coverage is checked against the payer along the way, so the first session opens with history on the screen instead of a clipboard.

2 · The morning

She opens the dashboard and the day is already read.

Harbor writes the day in 90 seconds, then puts a pre-session brief in front of every session — the most recent PHQ-9, what has moved since last time, and the check-in the client typed into the portal in their own words. She has not opened a chart yet.

3 · The note

Say a few sentences. Get a structured note.

Talk it through the way you would tell a colleague — rambling, out of order, the way you actually talk. Harbor sorts it into the right sections and writes it in clinical register. Nothing is added: every line traces back to something you said out loud.

AI Draft

Harbor turns a brief description into a full SOAP draft. You review, edit, and sign.

Dictate

A few sentences is enough — or hit Dictate and talk. Harbor fills in the rest using clinical language.

4 · The claim

The claim goes out right the first time.

Harbor checks it against the payer’s own rules before it leaves. Preventing a denial costs you a minute. Unwinding one costs you a month.

5 · The one that comes back

You should not have to know what CARC 15 means.

Harbor posts the remittance, says in plain words what the payer objected to, and drafts the appeal from the signed note. You read it and decide.

Most of these never reach you — pre-flight catches them. This is the one that got through.

CARC 15 is worded as Harbor’s own denial-code map words it. The claim and the client are fictional.

6 · The empty hour

The hour that cancelled fills itself.

Harbor asks one person at a time — the one whose stated days match and who has waited longest — and holds the slot for them. Nobody races anybody. If they miss it they get a warm note saying they are still on the list, and the next person is asked. You find out when it is filled.
